Retirement System for Teachers and State Employees; Social Security; Health Insurance Program for Children.

These statutes authorize the creation of the State Health Plan, detail its administrative structure and the benefits provided under the State Health Plan. They also express the reason for the State Health Plan's creation, explain what persons are eligible, the State Health Plan's limitations and exclusions, coinsurance requirements, recovery options for the State Health Plan and other details of the State Health Plan's benefit structure. Further, these statutes inform the State Health Plan's responsibilities regarding long term care and the health insurance program for children.
