As a member of the Consumer-Directed Health Plan (CDHP), you’re invited to join Healthy Lifestyles, a component of the Health Engagement Program (HEP), allows you to earn up to $175 this year just by doing activities that help keep you healthy. The funds you earn are added to your Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and may be used to help you pay your deductibles and coinsurance.The program is designed to be simple and convenient. Just speak with a Lifestyle Coach three times, track your physical activity or calories consumed, and earn an incentive. And NEW for 2017: you can earn additional incentives for completing activities through RivalHealth, a fitness-based wellness tool with daily exercise and nutrition plans designed especially for you! RivalHealth provides members will social support, group and individual challenges, daily tips, and much more.*CDHP members must be at least 18 years old to participate.

If you’re living with diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, hypertension, high cholesterol, congestive heart failure, or coronary artery disease, you’re eligible for Positive Pursuits. This component of the HEP is designed to help you reach your best health while receiving funds into your HRA to help you get the care you need.
