Who says you can’t get something for nothing? As State Health Plan members, you can save money, live healthier and find great member discounts on fitness and health tools through Blue365®.

Staying healthy and active is easy and affordable. It’s the best investment you can make in your future. Blue365, offered through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC), is a simple way to access trusted wellness resources, and valuable offers like these:
  • Fitness: Gym memberships and fitness gear
  • Personal Care: Vision and hearing care
  • Healthy Eating: Weight loss and nutrition programs
  • Lifestyle: Travel and family activities
  • Wellness: Mind/body wellness tools and resources
  • Financial Health: Financial tools and programs

To get started, register for Blue365 following these steps:

  • Click Member Login located in the green bar and then select Blue Connect.
  • Once logged into Blue Connect, click the Blue365 tile.
  • Once you select “Register,” you’ll be prompted to enter your information and create a password.
  • When entering your ID card prefix, enter the first 3 digits (prefix for Plan members is YPY).
  • Choose the categories for which you want to receive special offer emails.
  • Check terms and conditions boxes to accept, then click register.

Shop Blue365

  • Once you have logged into Blue365 you can see an overview on how it works.
  • View featured deals or follow the Browse All Deals links to shop by your favorite category (fitness, healthy eating, etc.), filter, or search by keyword (wearable devices, gym discounts, hearing aids).
